We are proud to announce online forms that are easy to fill out and submit. You can fill them out online and pay online. If you would like to register on show day we will walk you through the registration process on your phone. But if you are more comfortable, we will have paper forms for an additional $5 fee. We are working on going paperless and appreciate your patience in this process. You can submit your forms online and still have the ability to pay on show day at the office with credit cards, Venmo, cash or check. Please make sure to allow enough time to be ready at the gate 15 minutes prior to your class being called.

The following forms are required prior to the first show:

• Membership Application

• Minor Release (1 for each minor)

• Coggins Test (1 each horse valid for 12 months)

• Waiver for Stable Foundations (1 per family)
